At EC Meal Prep, every order is prepared fresh using organic ingredients and quality proteins. Because our meals require advance planning, ingredient sourcing, and preparation, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the original purchase time. To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, orders are considered final and can no longer be cancelled, refunded, or credited. This is because ingredients may already be ordered, meals may be scheduled for preparation, and our products are fresh and perishable.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, but changes are not guaranteed once preparation planning has started.

Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your delivery or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the order and make it right when appropriate.

EC Meal Prep Cancellations

If EC Meal Prep is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
